No chat, no email. Only call??? Ridiculous. And then the self-help online tool just goes in useless circles.
Shouldn’t it be really easy to find out how much interest you’ve paid each statement!!?? Finally I resorted to calling- the agent said “I am not qualified to answer that question” ??!! Oh okay. Make me run around. Still no answer. Where on the statement is shown the interest paid ?
The premier banker Sue , is amazing ! She handled and resolved an issuing I was having after opening a new business account online. She was FABULOUS Wells Fargo needs more bankers like her. She truly cares about her clients and it clearly shows with all the hard work she did for me.

We had an amazing experience at the bank and our work was done immediately. The banker Sue J was very helpful and respected our time. I would recommend her for all your banking needs.
Went to deposit checks. even though I’m the account holder they still didn’t take the checks and telling about security and reasons and asking me to do a wire transfer. Reason for depositing checks is to avoid the wire transfer fee.
No wonder about wells fargo locations are being shutdown, I think it’s better to switch to CHASE.
