    I came to visit in the area, and found the opportunity to open an account for my elder mom in this branch. Mrs. Angella, and Mr. John the manager were exceptional!!! I came all the way from San Antonio, because they are not willing to help, they just say straight “No” to people from outside the US, but here in this bank they were willing to help the customer, they were looking their procedures and options to to help us, and they did!

    Thank you guys, you earn heaven and a loyal customer, great customer service, cordial, respecftul, willing to help and go the extra mile, they set up realistic expectations and I’m thankful for your support and patience, specially Mrs. Angie with my elder mom, my kids and myself, absolutely amazing!!!

    Again thank you to Mr. John and the male cashier (sorry don’t remember the name) all 3 of you deserve a bonus, and you guys are keepers, and Bank of America should know about this, and I will recommend this branch to my friends and family.

    I went to BoA branch on 9830 N Lake Creek Parkway many times and every time I had awful experience, the manager and the team always try to get rid of you and not willing to help.
    Today I decided to go outside of my area and I came to this branch where I got an amazing customer service by John ( the manager )
    And his positive and professional team.
    I moved to Austin from Canada recently and always had bad experience with my branch.
    Moving forward I will only do business ( even though it’s way further for me to drive) to the Bank of America on Research Blvd.
    They made my day and everything that seemed impossible in my home branch was done in positive and friendly way at this branch.
    Bank of America should ask manager like John to give training to the manager of the other location how to treat customers and make them feel welcome.

    Miguel was incredibly helpful. I had an issue with resolving a claim and I needed documents to be faxed somewhere and Miguel was patient, knowledgeable, informative, quick and overall incredibly helpful. These 5 stars go out to him for helping me through a stressful situation.

    This is now the second Bank of America that I’ve gone to where the ATM is not available. The lobby hours are only 10 to 4. It’s sad because I’ve been a Bank of America customer for almost 20 years to move all my money to a credit union because they are not flexible whatsoever.

    We scheduled an appointment for notary services. We waited 15 minutes past the appointment time to speak to anybody. They seemed completely perplexed at the concept of an appointment and condescendingly told us all the employees who could provide that service had quit.

    They did offer to credit us the cost of a notary at a UPS store, but UPS did not have enough employees to provide the service (notary + 2 witnesses) we needed.

    We should have known not to bother. Find a smaller bank that cares about its customers.
