I have used this bank for 6+ years, and the ladies at this branch are great. There is no perfect bank, but Woodforest at this branch is always easy to work with and they treat you like a valued customer instead just being annoyance…which I have experienced at several other big name banks. For this reason, I moved my business account here.
I was helped by Ashely and Danielle, and oh my goodness. attitude problems, rude, terrible customer service. Would not make eye contact with me while speaking and keep calling me by the wrong name multiple times
