AMAZING customer service by the manager mike, and all his team. not one single person here will disappoint. i drive personally, 47 minutes total from north Austin to this branch for all my in-branch needs. no other regions in Austin gets my stuff done accordingly like this branch does and is worth the drive for me personally. unfortunately, all other locations don’t meet the expectations we need to function properly as a business, but this branch does with its team members.
Do not use this branch for Regions. The branch manager, Mr Flores would not let me get a cashiers check of my own money to put a down payment on a car. He said without 2 forms of ID, he couldn’t help me bc of “fraud”. When I told him if they wouldn’t let me have my own money I would pull all my money out and go to another bank. He then said he would be happy to help me do that. All employees in the bank were standing around watching this and saw my frustration and one banker told me to have a nice day on my way out. I then went to another branch where they asked extensive security questions and sent a pin to my phone on file to verify my identity and processed my request.
I love this bank! All the employees are extremely friendly, very professional and very knowledgeable in all areas of banking!
The employees at this branch have gone above and beyond to help with my banking needs. If I had a question, they were more than happy to help. I’ve never had to wait very long and as an account holder, I have NEVER been charged a fee to cash a check as one of the reviews states. Before I opened an account, there was a fee to cash a check but NEVER as an account holder. I’ve banked with Regions for 3 years now and have never had an issue with them. When someone stole our debit card info and tried to use it, they shut it down immediately and called us to let us know. I’m very happy with my Regions experiences. Customer service has always been great in the branch and through the customer service number.
We can’t understand any negative reviews of this place. The people could not have been nicer! Both Mike the manager and Pedro at the counter were very friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to go to this branch again!
