Everytime I come to withdraw money, they always tell me that they do not have enough money to give me what I need because they “do not have access to the vault on weekends” That is not my problem. Chase doesn’t seem to have this issue, so I will be switching to them. I’m tired of always having to struggle with this bank for every little thing. And customer service is horrible.

I am never a fan of banks being bought out because it seems that customer service always declines when this happens. This has not been the case at all with Fernando. I have worked with Fernando since 2016 (from opening my business account to changing things over from BB&T to Truist to now helping my husband from abroad open his accounts when he transitioned to USA). Fernando has been SO helpful with ANY issues I have run into. When he makes appointments with me via phone call, he calls on the dot EVERY SINGLE TIME. He is the most professional person I have ever dealt with at any bank. Always kind, professional, reliable and soft spoken even when I or my husband run into something frustrating. I cannot say enough good things about him!

I have been with this bank since they were Citi. But the service lately at this branch is ridiculous. There were 6,7 members inside I walked in to do a deposit, nobody greeted me and no service. Walked out after about 3,4 minutes. And no there was nobody in line.

The worst branch i have ever dealt with. The clerk Sauna (older lady) didn’t recognize me for standing in front of the desk for 5mins. When I pulled out money she didn’t count it. Did not run it through the machine to verify. She just gave me the cash & said you can count it. Then proceeded on to do something else & answer a phone call. Never had any bank not verify the amount being withdrew nor not count in front of me for cameras to see as well. Very poor service

Was with BB&T. Truist bought them out some time ago. Didn’t realize they charged a monthly fee and it put my account into a negative balance. They then charged me $30 for a charge off fee. Not good business. The monthly fee is only $5/month and then they charge me $30 on top of that fee because I was in a negative balance due to the monthly fee.
