How can you talk to a PERSON? The questions they ask do no relate to my problem? I have paid my income taxes for 2023 and I am still being harassed and being penalised for not paying?!??!
Sent my 2023 1040-sr form into Austin IRS by USPS PRIORITY MAIL 05/06/2024. was received at 11.38 AM on May 9,2024
Had a refund coming, but never received any thing back from the IRS. Cannot get any one to help me out about finding my forms I sent in. Have other friends having same problem. Noone in Austin IRS will answer the phone.
The IRS and US Treasury is the sorriest departments. They give you no help whatsoever. They’ll have you call and go through several options only for the voice robot to tell you to visit their sorry website when you need to speak with a human and not a computer.
They had me waiting for 1 hour told me they would call back the phone rings 1 time so you better answer at the first ring and just like that you’re out of luck wait another 2 hours something needs to be done this is unacceptable.
Well after getting a letter that I owe money, I called the number on that letter. Someone by the name of Mr. Joseph aka Jasón answered my call and he was great. It isn’t his fault I owe money but he showed he cared about the situation and helped me with as much info as he could give me.
