5 Reviews on “Wells Fargo Bank”
I have banked at Wells Fargo for more than a decade, and in that time I have never received customer service so horrible as this location. The manager, I believe her name in Alejandra, has been borderline disrespectful to me on two separate instances, and I have witnessed her speak with attitude and malice to other customers while I’ve been in the branch.
Quick quips pushing online service over fact-to-face help is her go to. This time, I was trying to send a wire of funds above the online-allowed amount and she informed me my only option was an online transfer to to make an appointment with a banker. When I asked to make an appointment she directed me to call Wells Fargo’s main line and there were no banker appointments for two weeks, although my wire had a quick-turn deadline.
I will never visit this location again, but do recommend driving the extra distance to the location on Pleasant Valley and Riverside. They are far more kind and embody the bank’s true mantra of helping others, together. They helped me quickly and happily and we’re also so informative.
I want to give a huge thank you to,Triana, the Branch Manager and, Betsy, the Notary at this Wells Fargo location. They are both phenomenal and it was apparent from the time I entered their doors that every single person who walked in was a priority to them regardless of how they looked, dressed, or what kind of energy they happened to drag along with them. I know from experience it can be extremely difficult to not only maintain your composure while helping multiple clients and running a business, but to also have to accept at the end of the day that all of the work in taking care of those clients can be extremely unrewarding and unfulfilling. I came to this location after USPS lost an important document that I had notarized and now needed to be re-notarized and re-sent. Due to some non-surprising French Civil Code Louisiana Law has, I found out I needed two witnesses which I was not aware of (not notarized correctly the first time apparently) and by law the banks cannot provide this. I spent almost an hour at this location only to find this information out at the conclusion of our visit and that it could not legally be notarized. To say I was frustrated is an understatement, however, regardless of all the rigmarole life can throw at us we are all trying to make it in this world and my stopping to take a breath and realize what is most important in life prompted me to want to take the time and say, I appreciate the time you took out of your day to help me,Triana and Betsy. Thank you for your patience and kindness, it will not be forgotten.
I’m genuinely so curious as to why this location specifically takes so long to process deposits for the commercial line. I was behind 3 other customers and spent 40 minutes waiting.
It is absolutely embarrassing the lengths that THIS particular branch will go through to not complete transactions. I was denied depositing an envelope of American currency into my account, because the teller “didn’t feel like it”. This is the 4th time that I’ve had to go to a different location to complete a simple process.
Terrible customer service. We arrived at 3:07 for a 3:00 appointment, waited for several minutes before we were even greeted and then were told that the appointment was cancelled after 5 minutes, despite that not being listed anywhere in any of the appointment process. I will be taking my business elsewhere and you should too.
