I believe what this branch doing is illegal. I had to take a break from work to bring my parents to this branch to widthdraw some money. They’re both owners of the bank account and yet this branch refused to let them widthdraw their money. This isn’t the first time and based on other reviews, they’ve used this tatic on other customers too.
I’ll be filing a complaint to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
I’ve been with this bank I believe since December from when I moved from Wisconsin. I went there the other day to cash my check and I explained to them that I have an ID but I have to get a new one a Texas issue ID my appointment it’s not until December 23rd. When I signed up for the bank account I used my Wisconsin ID the lady said because it’s an out of state identification she can’t cash my check. I’ll try to explain it to the lady that I have a bank account but The lady wouldn’t even look my account up she told me I couldn’t cash the check until December. I said well have a bank account with you I also have my social security card birth certificate and proof of address she still wouldn’t cash my check. And some guy came and touched me on the shoulder and called me his brother I guess that they thought that he could relate to me because he was black but that didn’t work either. I just grabbed my stuff and left I’m considering closing my account.
Not sure why this branch has such bad reviews, most of them seem to be pretty outdated. I had a wonderful experience here this morning. I was seen promptly, and received assistance for an issue I was having in such a positive way. Patricia helped me out and she was very kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. Thanks Patricia!
On the proverbial 1 to 5 scale I would give that Branch a “6” but your computer software wouldn’t let me enter a 6 … for being “OVER-THE-TOP”. I read those other remarks and I can’t believe they are true. You all have cameras all over the place, look at the opening on Monday morning and you will see me and see the extra kind thing the lady did for me … printed all of 2022 for me … FREE of charge and thanked me for being a customer too.
I think they are the best and I was only one sheet of paper but
an extraordinary act of kindness since I had talked about not being able to do that on my own.
Trash. Do you need me blood for me money too? Since when do I need a mobile verification code to withdraw money? Can you not take any of the other fifty million credential and information you have on me like any other bank? Jesus help us. You going to have finger front facial recognition to withdraw money soon too????
