I had the most delightful visit with Candy today. I had problems with my account and debit card. She handled them like a champ. She also made me aware of Term Share Certificates , I’m just glad I went in there today because I had no idea. Thank you Velocity for such a fine employee.
I have been into the location off Slaughter and I35 multiple times in order to get help with a variety of issues. On every occasion I was helped by Cristina Cabrera. She has been one of the most patient and helpful individuals I have had the pleasure of working with in the numerous banks and credit unions I have been a member of. Not only was she always willing to listen and understand whatever was going on, she would immediately be looking and offering up solutions or explanations. If there were ever times when the answer was not obvious or easy to get to, she would spend the time to find whatever information she needed in order to help. In most cases it was an issues that wasn’t directly in her control and every time she managed to find a way to push towards a solution even if it meant educating me with the resources needed to solve my own issues. Because of her and the experience she continues to provide, any time I need help I welcome walking into this store resting easy knowing I will have someone in my corner ready to help me out. I thank her and Velocity and would recommend them if they would like a great user experience.
Ms. Candie was very patient and knowledgeable about my concern on financial loans. She even contacted the leanding manager Mr Joe Lee, who also took his time to listen and explained every questions I had. Thanks to each of Velocity servers member that made it all possible for my needs. Ms. Phyllis

Worst banking experience I have every had. It is so hard to login to your account, and its the only way to pay. Never seen a company so hard to pay. Its ridiculous. Basically expect to monthly have to call in.
