ACE CASH EXPRESS is the first check cashing place I’ve come to in Austin and my experience was truly delightful. Margaret who was my teller was kind, sweet, and very informative. She added more joy to my day. I had a very smooth transaction with her. I’m sad that this isn’t her normal location because Margaret is some I would come in just to say hi to when passing by. I will for sure be coming back to sign up for my debit card. Thank you for a pleasant experience!

I used to visit the Stassney location for my personal business transactions and it was good. One day, I needed to get to a location quickly to take care of some personal business. I went to Store 567 on Riverside Dr., instead of the Stassney store I normally went to in Austin, TX. I made contact with one of their employees named Roxanne. This woman has made my interactions very pleasant, simple, and stress-free. She is so knowledgeable, quick to assist, friendly, eager to help, and funny. She is a model employee to her customers, and seems to take pride in her job. Ace Cash Express Store 567 should feel honored to have such a person working for them and their giving the kind of support she does to her customers!!! Kudos to Roxanne from a satisfied customer named Jackie!!!
