Branch is in a prefect location on riverside. Plenty of parking and located just next to east riverside drive.
Their ATMs are on a different level than any other banks and their staff is always happy to help.

Refused to cash a Corporation Expense check that clearly has their bank name. This is ridiculous. I could understand if it had a name of a different Bank. Would not even get a supervisor per my request.
Worst customer service ever with a bank. Representative wasted 2 weeks of my time trying to close an account. She showed zero respect for my time making me show up for meetings only to tell me she had accomplished nothing. I will try another branch. Wish I didn’t have to deal with Chase at all. So bad!
Wow! Big thanks to the branch manager, Robert, for squeezing us in on a busy Saturday. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The bank itself is also nice and well lit with all the windows and glass offices.
We’ll be back again!
