    Cristina C. was great and patient helping us open a business account and answering our questions. She also reached out to Clover for us for our business needs. This is my first account with Velocity and I’m very happy with my decision to open a business account with them. I definitely recommend Velocity for your banking needs.

    Fran was excellent and gave me the best service and had a great positive attitude. She helped me with my online banking and answered all my questions. I’m proud to be a member here at Velocity. She was the only one who spoke about a money market account and got me set up with it. I’ll be earning more interest because of her. Thank you Fran.

    It has been a pretty poor experience so far, I’m giving 2 stars because the business account is free. Other than that, it’s been pretty poor customer service since opening the accounts. They didn’t set the account up correctly, so I couldn’t use the online account. Then, they said the only way to fix it had to be by someone who works at a branch and the branches were closed for an extended amount of time due to the freeze. When opening the account, I explained needing it to be able to transfer money to external accounts for most of the incoming amount. However, come time to pay out the monthly amounts a pop-up stated I had already met the limit for transferring funds. Turns out the bank has a daily and monthly limit (which was not explained and I can’t find it in the documentation or online) that will make the whole reason for the account time consuming and frustrating ($5000/day & $25,000/month is all that is allowed to transfer, “you can go back on tomorrow and send more” was the suggested fix). I wish I would have been told this at the time of opening the account as I would not have wasted the time.

    The call center was friendly they just couldn’t help with anything.

    Just want to say my interaction with Fran was a pleasant experience, she was very friendly and answered all the questions I had and was able to help me with what I needed. Also want to say Velocity has always been good to me since I’ve been a member. The only bank that helped me finance all my vehicles. They are A plus in my book!
