One of the busiest streets in Austin, and peak hours they have 1 teller. Terrible customer service. Hate big banks.
This the only branch open on Saturday within a 30 minute drive. The parking lot is completely full, the line goes out the door, and there is 1 teller at the window. This location is so poorly mis-managed no wonder it has 2 stars on Google.
