    I traveled from abroad specifically to open a Chase Business account. At Congress and Mary Chase bank, everyone I met from security to the chashiers to the office staff were so professional, friendly and welcoming the whole time. Lenka Nagyova was assisting me throughout the process and she made everything so easy. I recommend this bank to everyone!

    The banker (she claimed to be a manager) is about as lazy as it gets. I was told on the phone I needed to go into branch to get business statements. So I took the time on a Monday to do so. I arrive and the banker tells me the opposite. I cannot get statements printed off in branch only mailed. “We can only print off a few months at most” they tell me. Again, contrary to what phone reps said.

    I go to the branch in Riverside and they did everything for me without issue or pushback.

    I’m disgusted with the service from this S. Congress location. Lazy lazy lazy. I was literally the only customer in the bank, they had another available teller. It’s not like I was taking a ton of time with my request. This place sucks. Chase bank sucks. The lack of company knowledge between employees is astounding. No one knows what’s happening nor are they willing to look into it for their customers.

    I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere or at least don’t waste your time with this branch. They are lazy, uninformed, and useless.

    The location is very convenient. Everyone is so friendly and efficient. I have checking and savings accounts with them. Never had an issue. They always great you immediately and ask you what you need help with within less than 5-30 secs.I usually don’t have an appointment 🙁 They try their best to squeeze me in and help me as best as they can. I have been to this location for too many times this year due to some personal reasons. Vanessa is extremely helpful. She is very knowledgeable and patient with me. She helped me a lot and made my situation less stressful. If she isn’t available to help me directly, she follows up with me to see if I get the things done whenever she gets back to work. Thank you a loooooot Vanessa! Ricky was also so nice that he took over some work to help me when he already had someone scheduled. He finished helping me and was still able to get back to the customers who had an appointment on time. I hope I don’t need to see you that often anymore. 🫂 ❤️

    Visited this branch today to open a business bank account. The Manager helped schedule an appointment an hour later. Lenka went above and beyond to help me open my account. Can’t fault this branch and their whole team.

    Worst experience EVER !!! trying to buy/Exchange US dollars , to Japanese yens. The cashier couldn’t understand what I needed !!! I explained her several times and she kept on giving me the wrong information and making mistakes in the system. (She had told me I will only be paying around 28.00 for the whole transaction. I ended up paying over 250.00 dlls!!!)
    She was not able to help me and was rude.
    Someone else came and took over after 20 minutes of her trying and finished the transaction in less than 5 minutes.
    The first cashier keep on making gestures and noises frustration and anger the whole time and walked away slamming the door behind her.
    Really bad experience!. I overpaid for the transaction!!!
