The customer service recieved is great and timely. Cody and Shawn were both helpful and polite the multiple times we have walked in to see them.
They service is free so no complaints or remarks can be made about cost of service.

I had a wonderful experience today! There was a door greeter who directed me to the correct bank teller for my currency exchange. Drake helped me with a smile on his face through out the transaction. On my way out I was asked how everything went and if I wanted popcorn or cookies. It’s the best customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. Thanks guys!

Very, very poor customer service. Came in with a small account change and also to see if Wells Fargo had created any illegal phantom accounts and I was told to wait and then was never seen!! Finally I left after an hour of waiting. I’ve never had this problem at any other Wells locations.
Worst wells Fargo I’ve been to. For some reason they refused to cash or deposit my wells Fargo check and was told I needed to call the check company to verify something? Called, it’s my work, they don’t know whay I’m supposed to verify either? Went to s Lamar wells Fargo, had no problem depositing my check there, they were confused why I couldn’t deposit it on s Congress as well… Wells Fargo fix your retarted policies.
