    Android users beware.

    So I no longer have access to the mobile app. When I called you guys, one of your reps told me there were no known issues and to come down to a branch. When I told her I live over an hour from a branch she said to wait for a call from you guys which never came. Eventually I was able to research and find that its because my phone doesn’t have the android update 12 available. The only option is to buy a new phone even though mine is only a couple years old. I have had multiple loans, business accounts, and personal accounts over the past decade. It’s unbelievable to me that you guys will cut off services to someone because they don’t have a brand new phone and don’t seem to care if they leave over it. So if you have an oldish android and want to use bill pay, remote deposit, etc. You may not be able to.

    Contact center has gone downhill. I dread anytime I have to interact with them. The last time I needed something, I called more the 3 times in one day trying to get something taken care of. I kept getting the run around. Then I got Evan who was apparently the supervisor. He was less helpful than the previous representatives, even when I was walking him through the situation piece by piece. Finally after an hour of repeating myself over and over again to explain the situation to him and basically hold his hand through the transaction, he was “magically” able to get what I needed completed. Waste of time.

    *Coming into the branch is not an option as I do not live in the area*

    Filing bankruptcy is a very serious matter especially since I tried every avenue to avoid it. A+ put a block on my account, okay. When I spoke to the teller he told me so, there is a block, very embarassing. A+FCU has been my bank for over 30 years. Maybe a phone call or even a letter would have been professional. Instead, I am treated like a criminal. Block my funds, I have bills to pay. So, they extended themselves without any notice and now I can’t pay necessary bills; mortgage, electric and gas. Time to move on….

    It took a while to get a representative to help me with my transaction. While I was greeted at the door, the rep there wanted to proceed with my requests. I did not find it an appropriate local to discuss personal financial needs. I was finally seated in a private room and waited some time for an agent.
