Awful service. I’ve been here twice to cash a work check who banks with this location. I only have my social and drivers license as identification and they told me that my social is not acceptable ID. Edgar (the teller) was extremely patronizing and didn’t care that EVERY other location accepts a social, including the one 2 miles down the road off Guadalupe. Pretty sure they are trying to strong arm you into opening an account because somehow a social is acceptable ID to open an account but not to cash a check. Go down the road instead of this location, they don’t care about you.
By appointment only?! Really WF. I guess I will go to Chase then, because they actually help people.
By far The Best Wells Fargo. Been a member of WF family since 2008. The team is awesome and always helpful.. I may not be their best customer but they sure do treat me as one..
Love it the people that work there are always kind and nice to my sister who has her business and personal accounts there. She has been banking there since before it was a Wells Fargo when it started out as a Franklin Savings.
She would never go anywhere else. Parking is sometimes difficult but they are just landlocked but people are always nice and they give wonderful customer service.
This place is an embarrassment! I pulled up to the drive up, two people had their feet up on the desk. Now that’s not too bad, but when I asked to make a deposit, without knowing my account number, they said NO, WE CAN’T HELP YOU! What? It’s a corporate account and I told them to look it up or get a manager. They had my account number in 10 seconds and I made the deposit. It’s Covid, why not try a bit harder, you’re sitting there w your feet up on the desk anyway;)
