My company has Humana insurance from this company (Frost is 3rd vendor company). I went to hospital and they said I have no insurance and Humana customer service proof it. I spend my all day to fix it. Now this Frost saying Humana made mistake and you have no insurance. But Humana said you didn’t have insurance since Feb. Now my fault to spend my all day. No experience no responsible nothing…
Never had a problem before until today. Kelly was too rude. She looks so unprofessional. She needs to be re-train.
They locked my account down because their computer failed to read my mobile deposit correctly. Waited 15 days for someone to review my account and release my funds despite going in person to the branch to expedite measures, sending in emails and phonecalls to the head of department, as well as filed a complaint for their slow response. I never received a phone call or email from Frost about this. I ended up owing hundreds in late fees because of this.
