*doesn’t care about the customer
*If something goes wrong they will never have your back especially if they can make money off of your tragedy (i.e being hacked or mischarges)
*case number will never work on the customer care line
*reps will never call you back about your case
*actively ignoring displeased costumers
*Not working on the case unless the customer come in and basically force them to do their job
*using language such as “its the customer fault” looking at you Omar
*The bank clearly do not pay their workers enough to care or be actively working the help the customer
*internal communication IS HORRIBLE. The rep literally do not know who to call about my case
* Using language such as “I don’t know when WE will contact you back”
Honest IBC used to be such a good convenient bank (in and out) but it seems they are getting too big for their opperations and it is now its quantity or quality. Its no longer the customer first but the bank’s interest first. They hire who don’t care simply because they can pay them as low as they want. They lost a 7 years customer.
Tragic.
Absolutely unprofessional. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Margarita Garcia treated me like dirt. Take your business elsewhere.
Homeless always asking for money and it looks like drugs are being sold out side. Not good.
I consider myself to be a very positive person I normally don’t review Banks.
But I’ve been banking with IBC Bank for over eight years now and I want to warn anyone who is considering this Bank if you decide to bank with them you get what you deserve.
They will put long holds on your checks and unfairly refuse to release your funds to you.
Regardless of how negatively it impacts your business.
I have three business accounts and as soon as I complete the necessary transactions that I need to complete I’ll be shutting off all accounts for IBC Bank.
It is absolutely the worst bank I’ve ever banked with.
I’ve spent eight years giving them opportunity after opportunity to make things right to properly clear transactions and prevent fraud on my account.
And in turn have received nothing rules and regulations that are enacted by the bank itself.
The experience provided by this location can either go great or horrible. It always is a bad experience whenever Haritha is there. If others are working at the time you go I highly recommend waiting for them to help you. She only usually wants to help if someone else tells her otherwise her go to is im sorry I can’t. I don’t understand how everyone else can but she supposedly cant do anything for account holders!! She gives me the same trouble every single time I go in but yet she says she does not remember and I have called the line for Austin IBC who informed me that what she’s not willing to do is something done for account holders.
