Horrible customer service. Their branch is saying there is an issue with the account. However, the back office can’t find an issue.
Is shut down and under construction
The ATM outside is so dim you can’t use it in the daytime. The branch is short-staffed so expect lengthy delays if you go inside or through the drive-thru. Once you do get to a teller, s/he is friendly and efficient.
this bank is absolutely clueless about customer service
white lady with brown hair that was a teller had a lot of attitude when asked for help. Tried to ask for addresses to the nearest bank that would be able to provide a temporary debit card and she just gave me attitude. Another lady offered assistance and address for corresponding banks
