RBank reported a 120 day late mortgage payment despite all payments auto deducted from my account on time or early. RBank has agreed they did this in error, yet it remains on my credit report one year later and has had a devastating impact to my credit score. It’s their mistake yet they’ve done absolutely zero to remedy the situation.
