Araceli was amazing! Went in to open a second bank account and she said all her bankers were booked so she called around and got us another appointment at a different location. Saved us so much headache thank you! 🙂
Aurora, thank you for answering the phone with such a pleasant disposition and being knowledgeable about your scheduled appointments. I am parked at the CHASE by McNeil drive and the two fremale bankers there had no one in the facility and did not try and help AT ALL… instead they asked me to look in Google for other banks and look for appointments… everything is redirected to the website so why are we paying the 2 women at this branch to just sit there and be condescending to customers. Aurora at the Research location took care of me over the phone in less than 2 min…WOW…

I cannot give this branch enough stars. Sima, relying on her gut instinct and quick thinking, went above and beyond in a situation that could have been disastrous for me. She treated my account as if it were her own which is not something you see very often in our increasingly automated world. Thank you, Sima!
Third time here, just waited 18 Mins WITHOUT ASSISTANCE then I was asked what I needed to be told appointments are arriving at 3:30pm HOWEVER I HAD JUST SAT FOR 18mins!!!! And I KEPT SITTING TILL NOW 3:42pm ONE APPT ARRIVES AND I JUST WALK OUT WITHOUT ANY FURTHER HELP FROM ANYONE!!! This LOCATION IS BY FAR THE WORSE
