5 horrible CSR reps destroying the Well Fargo brand 1 customer at a time. Expect less when you place 5 ego power hungry nothing’s in charge. They will destroy your business 1 customer at a time. On a 1-10 rating This place gets a zero. Worst possible customer service / teller you will ever witness.
All the emoyees are always in such good spirits every time i have went in the bank. The emoyees are so helpful and nice. I met the new manager and she was so nice and helpful.
As usual, I waste my time even stopping at this location. Years ago I realized they did everything they could to run off customers. First they removed the drive-through window across the road, then they removed the drive-through window period. They take every opportunity to refuse whatever you try to deposit. I work for a management company…money orders cannot be mobile deposited and must be tendered in person. They then find every reason in the world to refuse the money orders and most common being that the non-English-speaking tenants signed on the wrong line or didn’t put their address on the m order. other locations do not give me this much trouble, in fact they pretty much never say anything. So simply go to another location and you will be much happier.
I’m a new Wells Fargo customer and had a little bit of a bad experience setting up my direct deposit. Victor took the time to hear me out and assisted me in getting my direct deposit corrected. I walked away today feeling happy not only because I had my problem corrected but I knew Victor genuinely cared about making sure I left today feeling satisfied.
Nice employees but getting a Credit card is like working for a circus. First of all I’d need a savings account maintaining a $300 balance to avoid the service fee $5. Ok I’m declined so I need to apply for the secured card . Now I’m on hold , 3hrs later Sir our underwriters will require proof of your residence light bill , phone bill etc . 🤬🤬🤬
I’ll be by Monday to close that account . And don’t give me that early closure fee BS
