After not getting help without an appointment, or not offered help at all, for a name change on my accounts, I stopped by this location and Santiago helped me in a professional and quick manner. So thankful that there are still bankers out there that provide excellent customer service!
I came here to update my Social Security Number and apply for a credit card this afternoon. Brandon warmly and kindly welcomed me and my husband. The process was efficient and full of joy.
I’ve been banking at this location since I was 15. I’m 54 now. It’s totally gone downhill. I have a typical checking and savings. If you don’t keep $10000 in savings, they charge you $25 a month. Same for checking. That comes out to $600 a year for both.I don’t pay it for savings due to balance. I now use Austin Telco for checking its free.I had a safety deposit box, but they raised the price to over $150 a year at that price I had safe installed at the house. it’s cheaper

We went to this location for a service, to our surprise, we were literally treated like “door to door” sales person, they just want to kick us out (seems they don’t want to work, both teller and the Banker/Manager). We were the only ones in the line at that time!. Glad we bank with multiple banks. We went to a different bank for the same service, we got the feeling of “Wow” on their response & service.
I have been a BofA customer for 24 years. I had better experience with BofA before for the same service. So the people in this location are the issue. Anyways, I am going to move my banking service to the competition ASAP.
