I guess if that’s the only way to get a business to do what they’re being paid for is by shaming them here it is. Where the heck is your ATM?? You can’t just leave a sign out says ATM and then leave a piece of plywood on the ground for 6 months and not do anything! This is the laziest bank in the world. I can understand why they have a 2.6 rating. When are you going to just admit to the customers that you’re having financial problems and just start closing your branches? I plan on taking my money out of your bank very soon because you guys absolutely suck!!!!
Went to put cash into my son’s bank account and was told they don’t accept cash, I need to try other methods. I’m not trying to defraud them with an out of state check, or something crazy, it’s CASH. Isn’t that what banks do, deal with cash?
The people are perfectly friendly and helpful, but the bank itself…. it’s like they don’t even do the basic functions of a bank anymore.
Went to this branch to open an account for my son, and I faced the same issue other customers are talking about in their reviews. There is no customers in the lobby waiting, but they do not take walk-in business. People that work here do not want to do their job; which is help customers. I’m not sure why they still in business. They are just looking at their computers maybe doing online shopping, but they do not seem to care for business. I hope management or administration closely monitor reviews and listen to what customers are saying about this chase location and do something about it.
Worst customer service, employees don’t want to work. Went to open bank account. The guy asked to cone at 4pm. Went back again at 4pm, he told that he can’t do it today come tomorrow. It was not busy ,there was no other customer. I don’t know why they hire people like him.
