Due to COVID there is a Personal banker by appointment only. I did not realize this until I was in the parking lot and saw the sign. I gave them a call and they got me in for an appointment almost instantly. My personal banker was Mecholah and she was fantastic. She was very helpful and personable! She made the experience very smooth and pleasant! Very nice facility as well.
If your going to be appointments only, put a sign up that says appointment only, and why do we need an appointment at the bank. Every other business is operating just fine. I’ve called 5 times now and been put on hold over 45 minutes. I can’t access and get service on my own account. I’ve been a customer for 27 years. I’m now done. The past two years have been nothing but trouble. I could keep going but I don’t have the time.
Customers should be able to access their account either by phone. If neither of these work, offer a solution.
I’m not sure if it’s Wells Fargo as a financial institution overall, or just this branch, but they are inconsistent on many levels of service. I tried to setup an account years ago and their agent could not even explain policy correctly, so I left. A few weeks ago, my partner and I went in to transfer money in his account, which we had done 3 previous times at this location, and they denied the transaction, quoting policy. However, they didn’t follow the policy 3 times before, and other locations didn’t follow this alleged policy either. My suggestion, take your business to a credit union and stop setting up accounts with banks like Wells Fargo that don’t care about the customers.
Opened an account at Wells Fargo after PNC took over BBVA. Best decision I ever made. Carlos made the entire process a simple and hassle – free experience. The staff always greet you when you walk in and are always helpful. I very highly recommend Wells Fargo.
Wells fargo has been my favorite bank for decades — the same great service at any branch. Almost all my banking now is done on-line, but occasionally I use their ATM for deposit or some cash. Very fraud sensitive — will block a suspicious transaction — which sometimes means they block the account access, which requires a phone call or a branch visit. But with 24/7 customer service, I have always been able to timely resolve an issue, even while traveling overseas.
