5 Reviews on “United States Postal Service”
The most pleasant post office trip I ever had. Nicole was patient and very helpful. Facility was clean and efficient. I did not have to wait an entirety to talk to someone.
The parking lot is always messed up. Not sure what’s going on but it would be nice if the parking lot can be maintained. I’m sure the ones in the rich areas aren’t filled with big craters and holes in their parking lots. The railing was cautioned. This is sad. The workers for the most part are very customer service friendly. I wish the process for retrieving certain mail was similar to how austin does. If it’s something too big or doesn’t require a signature they leave a key in your box to use to open another box that has the item and the key stays in the box that was holding your item. That would probably solve half the problems at the pickup window.
This location is huge and super clean! Me and my husband have came here multiple times and there’s never a huge wait, everyone is always so kind and go out of their way to help us! Especially Nicole and Marla!
UPDATE: Ms. Sharon found my package. I described the box and took photos of the box and the item inside it. Ms. Sharon went above and beyond to help me. The two 45 minute one way trips were worth it.
I rewarded Ms. Sharon, and I also sent Tiffs Treats to the location.
It is true, packages go to Atlanta and if not claimed they are sold as a usps pallet.
I made a mistake. I forgot to put the shipping label on the package & when I noticed it, I went back to usps near Lake Creek. I spoke to Annis & a sorter and they encouraged me to go here.
Got to this location Mr. Gus was very helpful. He listened to my ERROR. Tried to call Ms. Sharon to try and help, she was gone for the day and then he asked Ms. Linda for advice. This woman was so rude. She said to me, “I am not sure why they sent you here we can’t do nothing for you. I don’t know why other post offices tell people to come here.” She pretty much said my package would end up in Atlanta dead pile and the likelihood of me getting it is slim. I have a video of me packaging the item and pics.
Guys, I take ownership of my mistake, it costs nothing to be kind and to be word attacking a customer is not cool. Ms. Linda triggered me to where I was so angry in near tears until I saw Ms. Nicole in passport’s – she echoed Mr. Gus’ advice to call Ms. Sharon.
10.5.23 update:
Changed to 5 stars because Ms. Sharon found my package. Mr Gus remembered me, and Ms. Linda was a bit nicer today; not sure if it was because someone of authority was in the area, but also all coworkers said – it was an off an off
moment for her and she’s normally nice.
3 stars for Mr Gus, Ms. Nicole and the inventory of boxes available.
Please, people in customer service business-be nice. Be patient.
I’m calling Ms Sharon in the am
We had a great passport application experience with Nicole! She was friendly and positive, and super efficient. Also this post office location seemed a lot bigger and less crowded than our usual one, so if I have non-specific USPS needs, I would pick this location.
