Called yesterday about a drain auger Carlos told me to go had a hell of a deal I stated that I would go in the morning, get there the next morning Carlos isn’t there and the manager comes out and is acting like a POS didn’t have what I needed and didn’t know what anything he was talking about. Don’t waste your time at this place . Rude and unknowledgeable for sure .
Do not sell your items here. Brought in a $800 watch in great condition and was offered $75. I’ve seen them sell this same watch for $400+.
The team here did not even care to check the model, the actual value or resale value. Simply looked at it and offered an absolutely ridiculous price. I would go to any other pawn shop in Austin before here. I wouldn’t even come back if I had no other choice. DO NOT SELL YOUR STUFF HERE!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!
I had a great time today and Joey helped me with all my questions. He showed me everything from musical instruments, to comic books, and sports memorabilia. I will definitely be back to see what new items come in.
I have been using them for a long time now. They always take good care of me and any of my items I pawn with them. If I run into any issue I communicate with them and have never not had them willing to work with me. If you are looking for a safe place to pawn your items I recommend them fully.
