Haven’t used this bank in years- they keep sending paper packets telling me they have $5 of mine. I’ve written the bank multiple times requesting they stop sending me account updates and close my accounts. They still send paper packets.
I think they have spent more mailing me over the last 2 decades than the account is worth #shrug.

I was warned of poor tech before opening an account. Service always seems to be top notch however, their app and online interface are extremely behind other institutions. The UFCU interbank connection to my budgeting software and quickbooks failed over a month ago with their online revamp. They’ve given no clear indication when asked of when it will be restored. Going into tax season it makes a simple process of matching transactions for my business impossible. I’ve always dealt with the poor interfaces. This was too much. I’ve begun to migrate balances to a new bank with great connections to third party vendors.
My son started his business and personal accounts here. Esteban was absolutely fantastic. He made the process easy, was so thorough and just made you feel like you had a friend in town. He’s truly a gem there.
Newest UFCU website is beyond useless; please at least revert to the former website. Like other UFCU clients I have had to deposit funds in another bank account for basic online transactions. Honestly, UFCU services were superior 40 years ago! I am so close to giving up.
