Always very friendly, upbeat, polite, & professional. They are often busy, most likely due to the location. Been banking here since I moved to Azle and always a great experience. I have come across a few issues, as happens, but they have always been accommodating. Thanks for a great experience!
I absolutely love the workers(bankers-clerks) at this Bank inside Walmart!! Always so friendly and I enjoyed when they served mini-pancakes&coffee ☕ one day! We will use this Bank years to come if possible 🙏 …
If I could rate zero stars I would. This is the worst bank I’ve ever dealt with. The lady who answered the phone was BEYOND rude. I she kept interrupting me, talking over me, making a point to ask me a million questions because she knew they were about to close. Then talked over my husband until he had to yell at her to shut up. We may be old school but in the many, MANY years of working with customers…I would have been fired on the spot for doing that to a customer. It was even a minor interruption..this employee would not shut up and listen. Needless to say we will be closing our account and I’m calling their corporate office and until they fire that unprofessional and petulant child they call an employee. RIDICULOUS!!
I’ve been with this bank for over 5 years now. This is a very reliable, trustworthy bank !!! It has been a GREAT bank for me! They have even covered the cost of an NSF for me once. I can’t think of a time where this bank has let me down, or messed up any transactions. The staff is professional, and quietly friendly (but not overly ecstatic).
