Absolute garbage corporation. They closed my account for fraud. Wouldn’t explain why. I sent a complaint to CFPB. Chase replied saying they didn’t close it for fraud (I have the texts and emails you idiots) and that they closed it because I had a zero balance for over 60 days (Chase sent me a check after the complaint with my remaining balance they had froze). Absolute liars. Anyone should be ashamed working for them or banking with them.
Absolutely horrible Bank. My elderly fathers account has tons of fraudulent activities and this bank is not willing to assist in any way, criminal level customer service.
By far the worst customer service I’ve ever received. As a business customer I’m beyond frustrated and will never do business with chase again. After numerous attempts on the phone to solve my issue, I went in to talk to a commercial/ business banker who could care less about helping me and totally dismissed me. I’ll be closing all my accounts with Chase.
Horrible place a teller here gave me $1,400 in fake one hundred dollar bills and the manager is still working there shockingly and the teller is still working there. Chase claims they ran an investigation and there doing nothing in regards to the fraud. Stay away from this branch something is going on and Chase cares very little to solve the issue . This really happed to check your money
Worst bank ever ! No customer service at all you have 2 of your worker on a office laughing don’t even care you have people out waiting at least act like y’all care ! I was there to open a account for my son but now we definitely trying a different bank I was never asking how can we help you , if I needed any help .
