Last week, my daughter got approved thru Texell in Belton for an auto loan, but guess what…. she also got denied. Yes, I was perplexed because you all approved her just to decline her👀. They did not even give her a counter offer. Has this ever happened to anyone? I know it was not due to her gross nor her credit score-both her good.
She became a Texell member a few years ago after refinancing her vehicle thru them.
Guess what-the next day a credit union approved her for a auto loan and DID NOT DECLINE HER ❤️
OUTSTANDING Customer service! Me and my wife looked for a second car. The first time I ask for pre-approval.
