Huge shout out to Kyle Gonzales , I had 0 intentions of opening a bank account yesterday but his customer service skills are awesome and within 20 minutes I became a new member , super cool guy , thanks Kyle youre awesome !
It isn’t fair when you work at a “job” that doesn’t pay enough for the requirement to keep $100 in the bank each month and yall keep taking $12 out for a maintenence fee… yeah, hard to even save for something. or yall say to spend money 4 times a month, umm how when yall keep taking out of my account and leaving me next to none… I don’t recommend this bank, theyre too greedy and take too much… they never work with anyone that has side jobs

Love everyone here! I’ve been with this bank for YEARS. And I have NEVER had a problem with them being rude to me or blowing me off! Kyle is absolutely awesome!!! He helps me everytime I go in and very quick to answer any questions!! I wouldn’t trade banks for anything!!
THIS IS FOR THE BANK AS A WHOLE, NOT A LOCATION…. WORSE BANK IN TEXAS!!!! Between 3 accounts over the last 10 years I have kept around $100,000 in them combined. However, now they want to charge me a $12 a month fee because I don’t make enough purchases with their debit card. These 3 accounts are checking accounts so they pay me $0.00 interest on them, while the whole time loaning out MY money and collecting interest on it. I have never done this before but tomorrow I will be closing all 3 accounts and moving that money to another bank!
