    I just wanted to say thank you to the staff at the bank that- even when and if short of staff, I’ve never received bad nor unprofessional service and I’ve banked here prior to the bank switching to PNC. Thanks again!

    PNC Bank in Belton is a joke!!!

    Drive thru is closed, 2 tellers in lobby, 4 ppl in line, 3 girls in cubicles and 2 girls of the 3 playing on their phones😡😡😡😡😡.. I was there 20 mins waiting for 3 ppl ahead of me, then the girl took forever just to cash a check for me… wish I could give ZERO stars

    Since the change to PNC, customer service has gone down. I am positive at this point, this bank truly does not care about customers. Two personal accounts, two business accounts and multiple credit cards with this bank and I think I’m near done. Also, as a business owner, I can’t buy more than $20 worth of quarters. How does that make sense to come to the bank every day to get change cause they won’t supply me enough to last the week. I tried to open a new account today, I sat in the lobby for 20 minutes. I went up to the bank teller to ask how long it would take, and all four ladies standing there, ignored me and actually turned their backs to me when I asked a question.

    The service is so bad here i would highly insist that people find another bank to take care of and your funds . The service is horrible they don’t keep appointments that they made and won’t answer phone calls. I have yet to use my account and have had it a month.Under the bed with the door unlocked is probably safer !

    Wanted to Brag about PNC (Belton location) Miss Liz was so friendly and professional, helped me set up my new account and she let me ask all the questions I wanted and answered them with care and made sure i understood everything. She also taught me how to use the user friendly Pnc app. Also wanted to give a shout out to the manager miss Dana, awsome hospitality and made my uncle and I feel welcomed. Highly recommended👍
