Came into the store today after a long time due to prior grievances but I will definitely be back now. Kendra changed my whole perspective she was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. Please make her the store manager she deserves it she has turned this store around! Very clean and friendly environment! I will be back to spend more money!
Great customer service Kendra,Dana really has the store making you want to buy everything and if you need a loan instead they really meets your needs on that too and her staff always is in a great mood and so hands on when you’re there over all best store to go to here.

I am a regular at Cash Pawn In Big Spring Texas and I just want to give a shout out to Kendra shes the best manager I’ve seen at any pawn shop I have ever been too! She’s really sweet, professional and always ready and willing to help! She is by far the best. The store is clean and organized, always smells amazing. I won’t go to any other store!
This place is always clean and well organized. The manager Kendra is helpful and very knowledgeable! I see managers in and out all the time. Y’all should be promoting within.She should be running that place! She’s extremely good at her job.
