Great service! Fast and definitely hands on. I have put several things on Layaway Kendra is very informative and very good at her job. Highly recommend this store for your business. I have been to a few stores and Kendras service definitely runs circles around them! She needs a raise!
Came into the store today after a long time due to prior grievances but I will definitely be back now. Kendra changed my whole perspective she was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. Please make her the store manager she deserves it she has turned this store around! Very clean and friendly environment! I will be back to spend more money!
This place is always clean and well organized. The manager Kendra is helpful and very knowledgeable! I see managers in and out all the time. Y’all should be promoting within.She should be running that place! She’s extremely good at her job.
Kendra val and her co worker are awesome! as soon as I walked in they greeted me, and took real good care of me!! I was looking for some xbox 360 games. (yes I know it’s 2024) lol but they showed me what they had and were very good at helping me find what I was looking for. thanks ladies!! I will be back soon for sure.
When dealing with the people in this store, I unfortunately spoke and had a conversation I guess you could call it that with Joe. To my chagrin he was a most non-value of information! My basic issue was my pawn was coming due and I wanted it to be moved to a layaway status. Not only did he at first tell me why would I want to do that? At the next point in our quote unquote conversation he gave me the wrong amount that I had to come up with to get this accomplished. Which left me in a panic simply because as most people are aware at the end of the month if you are on a fixed income money can get tight. Oh and mostly when money is tight and a payment is due it means to either pay your bill or lose your items and this I did not want to do. So fortunately for me I called back damn near and tears and spoke to an angel voice and I believe her name is Kendra. She stated she was the manager of the store at the moment we spoke so she fully identified herself. I explained my situation again and with no more than about three sentences I wiped my tears and found out that the $120 that Joe said I needed was merely $22. At this point I really was confused because of Joe’s inability to give me the correct information and hating the store, and Kendra’s ability to tell me correct information ease my pain and worries. When I got this loan it was to help my family and my family means the world to me! There’s nothing I wouldn’t do for my family. Kendra and her ability to put me at ease is part of my extended family! Joe I wish him well but not at cash pawn. In addition he has no business working with the public and people’s precious items. If they bring them in to get a loan in my thoughts it wouldn’t be going to a casino, it usually in my thoughts goes for a great need, too great for a monthly check. So to end this review I give Kendra 10 Stars, and I give Joe one star simply because he must get his name right. Thank you for reading
