I don’t think it’s always been this way or maybe it’s just me. I believe their prices are way too high and the employees they have working there now are very rude and not very friendly honestly as soon as you walk in they make you feel like they want you to leave as soon as possible and you are making it unpleasant for you even being in there impeding on their space.

I am a collector and dealer of gold and silver bullion; coins and bars not jewelry. One of my clients went in to sell off his pocket piece, a one troy ounce silver card. The lady who was helping him weighed it at the 31.1 grams any precious metal is measured at being a TROY oz! She replied ignorantly that they only purchased oz that are 28 grams… This is a precious metal, not drugs!!! 28.35 grams vs 31.1 grams, I would expect more from a company that deals with these things!!!! Management needs to deal with this.

Honestly the guy there was super helpful and gave plenty of information about the product we were trying to buy. Wad extremely helpful and nice, definitely check this pawnshop off. (I also was tryna to sell a gaming of laptop of mine and instead of try to scam me he straight up told me he could not give a deal that will both benefit us.)
