Bought an item didn’t like it. Went over the same day didn’t even take 20 minutes and they told me they couldn’t give me my money back only store credit & nobody specified that and I’ve never had that issue at any pawnshop. Was literally forced to get something I didn’t even want. While checking their instruments none of them even worked properly.

Under new management. Clerks were professional and courteous. They worked with me to resolve a problem I had a purchased item.
I would want to give a 4 star but there’s something missing for the customers. Oh yeah. They made you nervous when you don’t buy something or just looking around.
They have just about everything used or new stuff.
Just negotiate at the price range or trade some things to lower what they might have.
Friendly staff depends how you treat them be nice and always smile.
