I’m talking about the Wells Fargo at the mall, at the reception there is poor service, they don’t tell you how many people are ahead of you and that lack of information doesn’t allow you to wait or leave, and therefore you wait because there’s supposed to be no people waiting, and it turns out that there are people ahead of you.
