Disappointed with services, I can’t use my debit card as it keeps getting declined. Worse thing is there’s no 24 hours customer service support to help reactivate my card

Haven’t had any problems with this bank the banking hours are ok only bad thing is there is only in store atms other than that everything is good wonderful customer service
Horrible customer service from a teller named Damaris. Teller #3212. She asked what the withdrawn money was going to be used for. After her question was not answered, she mentioned that she was required to ask by the managers request because of the amount. It wasn’t 1 million dollars!!
So far, so good. I have had 100% positive interactions and service. I’d recommend.
