Be carefull with this bank. They withdraw loan payments without customer approval not even 30 days after due date!!!. Horrible experience. Im moving to another bank. I called and they said they took the money because i didnt answer. Like if i dont have a right to be late one payment for some days. They will call you it will ring once and they will hung up im assuming they do this for them to say that i didnt answer so they collect that money. Note that i have loans with them for years. Im moving to another bank. Worst experience ever.
Their customer service is Worthless!! Avoid your self the trouble and bank somewhere else. What is the point of setting up an online account if you are unable to access it when you need it. They ask you to call, yet when you do, they are unable to resolve the issue and tell you to go to local branch. For someone who is disabled and can not get around, visiting the local branch is not as easy, hence the online banking. WORTHLESS
This is a Corpus Cristi bank and offers a much higher interest rate on all accounts. (a 3.2% dividend on checking accounts). The bank is fairly new and previously was known as The Navy Army Bank for some reason. Expect great services and a professional staff. And you recommend a new client you get $50!
