i love it here, the staff is great and makes you feel welcomed
Rude. Mean. One lady likes to repeatedly yell at customers. She will interrupt other employees who are trying to be helpful just to confront you and yell at you. She will make sure you leave when you’re trying to ask for help. When their atm machine doesn’t work you’re the one that is wrong and you’ll get yelled at about that too.
Terry was a degrading woman that wouldn’t give us the time of day and had horrible customer service. Upon arrival, nobody wanted to assist us. She was hesitant because she wanted to go to lunch, and rushed us through until we just decided to get up and leave. Will not be inquiring about services with this bank again.
This bank is the worst, personal don’t know how to help you,they are so rude and expect us to just budge on what they want,I came to Pablo kisel because on Boca Chica staff they have no respect for customers ,came to find out they are the same way here too, sad but true.Texas Regional Bank, especially this lady Eneida Navarro, she is so rude to people on drive thru and then you walk in the bank and she is so fake to people. Need a better training,I will never go back to this bank.
Went into the bank today and needed some account information. Rudy Guzman was very helpful specially for s young person like me who is barely starting my financial journey!
