Female drive tru cashiers have bad attitud, they are rude, it looms like they do not like to provide the services. They do not make the customer to feel welcomed are confident about asking assitance.
I have always gotten great customer service at Wells Fargo! And have been listened to every time! Great experience! Since 1998
Inconsiderate people who couldn’t communicate properly and had me waiting for 2 hours! 2 hours wasted of my life and no one could be 1) consistent in their service 2) communicate the proper “process”
And when asked why that’s the process not having an answer. Incompetent.
Need more tellers especially during lunch. One person doing drive thru teller and a million cars waiting on our lunch break.
Only 2 tellers inside all other staff standing around talking to each other nobody helping and over 9 people waiting in line horrible management and customer service
