    They messaged me and made a offer on a item I had for sale on Facebook marketplace. After agreeing to a reasonable price they asked if I could take it up to them. I did. They wasted my time.

    Great employees and management, had a problem with an xbox that I had bought and they went out of their way to work with me and make things right, a much better experience than buying one from Game X Change or Gamestop. I highly recommend this store and it will always be worth the extra money for the peace of mind warranty on electronics.

    Sorry excuse for customer service! When a customer walks in and stands in front of the watches and not one of the 3 employees offer to help… the lady even made eye contact with my husband and turned around and walked to the back. He was really interested in the Invicta watches… but guess making sales isn’t important to their staff.

    Used to be my go to place where they always helped me out and worked with me. Not anymore, I feel completely ripped off. Why call me on my layaway at all if you aren’t going to give me 3 days to reinstate. Don’t put anything on layaway they will just steal your money.

    I had a change of jobs and my pay cycle changed. I called in to see what could be done. They advised that they would note my account and I would not be charged and noted that I would do a promise to pay for the day I got paid, we could refinance on that day so we could get my billing cycle on track with my new pay period. They ended up still charging me. It led to all my other bills bouncing. I called the office and spoke with Natalie, she was very apologetic and advised that she would reach out to the regional are manager to see if they could as least credit my account for the insufficient fund fee. Also, that the lady that took my original call did not unselect the auto draft box. She would let me know on Monday. The regional manager said that since I didn’t come in to sign paperwork that she cannot apply that to cover that charge. The person i spoke with on the original call never stated that there was paperwork that needed to be signed, only that she noted the account, and it was taken care of. She then today told me its in the contract. I advised her that when I requested that the payment not be pulled on that date, she should have stopped the conversation and advised that it cannot be done over the phone. Done. Stay clear of this company. You are better off getting a loan from a bookie. They shouldn’t have even gotten one star, that was the only option to leave this review.
