A’toya was an amazing help to us. We had to open a few accounts today and she was excellent and friendly. It sounds crazy but there were numbers on my account that I didn’t like due to me being superstitious. She was more than happy to redo my whole account. I’m so thankful for her today.
Every other week I will try to use my card, have it denied, then some random charge from the business applied to my account. Any time I seek help about this issue I’m told to recieve refund from business, then I’m told by business that it’s an issue on the bank’s end. Always end up with no money. This bank has screwed over me and my family numerous times. Feel free to open an account if you feel like burning money.
