Called to reverse a duplicate pending transaction-hold time 1hr 35 min so far!!!
I didn’t like using this ATM. It was completely exposed. Anyone could have seen me enter my PIN or could have shoved me aside and taken my money.
I just got told “Fine, Bye.”
And hung up on. I have worked with nice people here but man…that was not very pleasing to hear.
Tried both locations and found the ATMs to be somewhat antiquated and useless for deposits. Surprised at this for a major bank like First Interstate.
Very rude when it comes to minors cashing checks. They’re very accusatory and just downright nasty
