I’ve been banking here for over 20 years and I would not go anywhere else. They make you feel like family and not just a customer. Never had any issues unlike other banks in the past which is a big plus for me!
The app fails every single weekend and locks me out of my online banking account until I can have it unlocked on Monday when they are open again. This has absolutely nothing to do with my password and I never have to reset my password. I just have to call to have it unlocked so I can regain access to check my balance and transaction history. The business hours on Google are the video chat ATM hours not regular lobby business hours. The people who work on the other side of the camera at the ATM cannot discuss any account information other than the available balance and can only accept deposits or handle withdrawals. If you make a cash deposit through their ATM, your funds are held for days. If you have auto bill pay set up, an ACH transaction, or any kind of debit transaction while those pending cash deposits are on hold, you will get an insufficient fund notice and charged for that overdraft from the bank and will have to also pay the institution that is pulling the funds a late fee and the returned check fees associated with basically writing a hot check. It’s a horrible banking experience all together. The only reason I still have an account it’s because I have a joint account with my ex, and he refuses to go in so that we can close it together and it cannot be closed without him present . They are very rarely open in the lobby for transactions. I finally closed my shop down early and made it in one day to make a cash transaction in Lobby and sure enough it showed that the cash deposit was on hold for two days as well. I do not recommend banking with this institution at all.
