I had an exceptional experience at Blue Federal Credit Union’s Del Range branch. Jacqueline, the front desk associate, impressed me with her incredible kindness and welcoming demeanor. Additionally, Amber showcased remarkable professionalism, friendliness, and knowledge while efficiently processing my auto loan. Highly recommend this branch for their outstanding service!
I have had a membership with Blue for years, I always enjoy going inside the branch. I have had a great experience with all the staff but especially Brie, she is always friendly and happy to take care of me.
I’ve been banking at Blue for a little over 5 years. I was recently a victim of identity theft, but luckily they were only able to transfer a couple hundred dollars out of my account. Viviana has spent hours with me, setting up new accounts & debit cards for me (& my 2 kids) twice now! She also helped me with putting a freeze on all 3 of my credit reports. She’s gone above and beyond to help me with this horrible situation! Oxsanna from the fraud department has also been great, helping keep an eye on my accounts & giving me advice on how to handle things. I will forever bank with Blue after seeing their amazing customer service through all of this!!!
The worst credit union ever! Mobile deposit over a thousand on a weekend. Nope won’t see your money till Monday. Extremely lazy staff at blue. I just had my deposit screwed up. Blue’s fault, put my account in the negative. Cost my payment to not post. Cause they took to much money out of my account. Cant access my funds for 24hrs. Very shifty staff. If they say they’ll call you back , hold your breath till your dead. If your looking for a credit union. STAGE POINT FCU, is where you go. 100 percent better then blue. You call they listen, give you a reasonable solution. Easy. Don’t open an account with blue fcu. You’ll be hating life in a week !!!!
