I do not bank with blue but when I was having troubles with the ATM they were very kind and quick to assist me . I will definitely be looking into banking with them in the future !

Teller did a good job. Asked me to do review. She made comment that no one is doing reviews using the QR code they hand out. I’ll tell you why: cuz it’s a pain in the A$$. Especially for someone who does not use their Google acct. Google is evil.
Was here to do a cashiers check I hand one of the teller a piece of paper with the exact amount I want on the check, she still did the amount wrong and since I went here because they share branch with my other bank I thought it’ll be convenient cause it’s closer, since she messed up the amount I have to call my other bank to un-hold the money. Teller didn’t even apologize. I though I save time by coming here. From 1,225 to 1,128 how could you get that wrong. You know you can messed up someone’s money and business transaction by not making sure the numbers. If you guys go here make sure you check the numbers are right on your transaction.
Without the help of Ms. LeeAnne Soffe, I would be having difficulty here in Cheyenne while using my debit card from Guam. Just having an account with Blue is so convenient, especially for those who are new to Cheyenne. This is actually my first time setting up an account for myself and i never knew how easy Ms. LeeAnne made it for me. It’s always fun to see her and she’d always be ready for any accommodations.
