I have been doing my banking at the Yellowstone blue for years, I have tried the other branches a couple of time but keep coming back to this branch, I love the environment, the down home feeling when you walk into the door.
I love how they promote from within example, I was there to watch these three people move up in the company:
Katie – started out as a teller has moved up to branch manager
Tiffany – again started out as teller now is lead teller
Angelica – once more started out as teller now MRO
All three of these ladies have impeccable customer service skills and truly deserved the promotions they have gotten.
Whenever possible I always recommend blue to anyone looking for a bank
I only gave a 4 star rating because no matter what , who there is always room for improvement. I switched to Blue because I wanted a more hands on bank. I got it. I like the fact that they are closed on the weekends so the employees can have quality time with their families.
Madesta Shephard is the absolute best! She always responds to me very quickly, is extremely helpful, and is always very nice. I would recommend her to everyone.
